The device of complex air purification. Particularly effective for the removal of extra-fine aerosol particles due to the electrostatic filter installed in it with unipolar particle deposition on polypropylene fibers. It is intended for use in medical institutions as a recycler, providing disinfection and the most complete cleaning of premises with an area of up to 80 m2. It requires maintenance after about 2 years of continuous operation. Removable are dust and aerosol filters.

Industrial type TIVEIL air cleaning units designed for cleaning air inside of buildings from all known types of pollutions, including volatile organic compounds with low molecular mass, which not absorbed by carbon filters and smallest aerosol compounds, including germs, viruses and spores of mold. During this process, organic compounds are not accumulated inside of cleaning units, bit undertake mineralization process, mostly producing harmless components of air: water vapors and carbon dioxide.
Typical organic compounds which is removed from air by TIVEIL units are:
Industrial type TIVEIL units of the VR series are recommended for air cleaning and disinfection in buildings associated with the presence of pathogenic microflora and odors: in homes, medical institutions, administrative buildings, in the workplace, etc.
1. Pre-filter – removes coarse dust from the cleaned air.
2. Fan – creates airflow through cleaning unit.
3-4. Electrostatic filter – stops the smallest aerosol particles, bacteria, viruses and mold spores.
5-6. Photocatalytic filter ‑ converts organic molecular impurities into carbon dioxide and water. Consists of UV lamps, working in “soft” waveband (320-405 µm), and nonorganic photocatalytic elements.
7. Carbon-catalytic filter – prevents ingress of harmful compounds using absorption on carbon absorbent surface. Uses technology of simultaneous working of absorption and photocatalytic filters, enabling absorbent to be regenerating, prolonging it’s service life up to 10 times.
8. Unit for cleaning carbon monoxide – it contains Pt/Pd catalyst on nanocrystal carrier. Beside of removing carbon monoxide, it also removes low molecular weight organic compounds.
9. Power unit and alarm system – consists of sensor system of automatic control (only for VR400 model), which controls air cleaning unit modes of operation depending on concentration levels of molecular organic pollutants in cleaning air.
